Greg Martin

Greg Martin is an American musician best known as the lead guitarist for the Southern rock band The Kentucky Headhunters. Formed in 1986, the band gained prominence in the early 1990s, blending elements of country, rock, and blues. Martin's distinctive guitar work, characterized by slide guitar techniques and a blend of traditional and modern influences, has been a defining feature of the band's sound. The Kentucky Headhunters achieved significant commercial success with their debut album, "Pickin' on Nashville" (1989), which won a Grammy Award for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
